Residential Pet Waste Cleanup
Twice Weekly: Mon & Fri - $90 month $11.25 per visit
Weekly: Tue-Wed-Thurs - $60 month $15 per visit
Periodic and first time: $30 1st 30 min., $15 each additional 15 min.,$30 minimum.
All prices based on 1-3 dogs. $2 extra per additional dog per visit ($10 initial). Your billing will be based on your individual needs. Heavy accumulation, large lots and obstacles will result in somewhat higher fees. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Every quote is custom made for the individual customer and many discounts are available.
On our first visit we will meet with you and your pets as well as complete the initial cleanup. Payment for the visit and the agreed upon future month service will be collected at that time.
Discounts are given to those who are coming to us from other providers with copy of current invoice. These will also not be subject to first time cleaning fee. Referral discounts are given for each account you bring to us that bills for at least a month. You will receive 1 free visit for each and every new account we bill from a referral that you give us.
We do not foresee a need to miss visits but it can happen. If we are unable to keep our appointed time, we will let you know asap and attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, we will discount the visit by 30%. We do not credit entire visit as the next visit will be much heavier and require much more time. If we are unable to access the yard due to a locked fence or other obstacle, no credit will be issued. We will attempt to reschedule with an additional $10 trip charge. If you must cancel please give us 24 hours notice so that we can alter the route. We cannot issue credit if we do not receive proper notice.
Billing goes out on the 14th of the month to give you plenty of time to get your payment to us by the due date of the 1st. If not paid by first service date, we will be able to visit unless we hear from you. You may pay the technician by check made to Tidy Dog for the months' service. We also take cash and Paypal through our website or email invoice. Please let us know if you would like to receive your invoice by email.
We love dogs but if you have one that is aggressive and doesn't care to have strangers in their yard we will have to ask that the dog be removed prior to service.
All tools are sanitized between visits and all debris is packaged according to local ordinance and disposed of properly. We do not use chemicals on site since we are in the business of reducing pollution not causing it.
Technicians will leave a notice of the visit and indicate any issues that occurred and remind you of your next visit. All gates are secured and double checked before leaving.

Commercial Pet Waste Management:
Your needs are unique and Tidy Dog is able to tailor a specific pricing plan to provide a good value for your facility.Pet Station purchase, supplies and management will result in significant savings in on-site services. Please inquire about a Pet Station purchase and install today as well as ongoing site cleanup and maintenance. Our commercial pricing is based on our residential so you can have some idea about your initial visit based on two 1/2 acre increments per hour and your specific acreage as well as the number and size of dogs on property.
Kitty Loo Service
Service is simple: We deliver only premium, earth friendly litter to your door, (scoop and go is available as well), with the focus on service and convenience. No lugging heavy bags and storage issues for you and disposal is earth friendly. We handle it all!
Setup fee: 2 pan delivery $30
Fresh pan delivery: $10 scheduled
Scoop and go: $6 scheduled
On the order service: $7 trip charge plus regular service fee
Discounts are applied if we already on site for other clients. There are many other discount programs available.
We highly recommend that all pans be scooped twice a day to keep your kitty happy and your home fresh. Caution with flushing litter as it can clog toilets. (Our litters are all earth friendly and can be disposed of in the regular household trash.) Fresh pan delivery helps with having a fresh pan on hand and one on the way. Most households will need 2 fresh pans per week. (Multiple cats may have greater needs) You could add a scoop and go with this and have a very fresh result. In case of emergency just call. We can usually come out right away.
